Ownership at Calypso Cay Vacation Villas provides members with a tremendous variety of use options for their future vacations. The innovative Club system allows vacationing in different size accommodations during any season and for varying lengths of time. Club Counselors will coordinate all reservation and exchange activities at the home resort, within the Club, or through the exchange network operated by Interval International, Inc.

In order to facilitate this tremendous flexibility a series of reservation windows and symbolic point values representing trading power have been assigned to each week and unit type at Calypso Cay Vacation Villas. These points are used to reserve future accommodations within the parameters of the various reservations windows.

Each member has a Reservation Year that corresponds to the 12-month period before the commencement of their week of ownership. A vacation can be taken during this year or extended beyond it through the applicable Use Periods. This reservation system allows Club members to have the best of both worlds - the certainty of confirming their assigned week of ownership or flexible access to Club inventory during other periods of time.
